SALES

Before launching the company, Matt described a sales process that is both collaborative and creative. Hence our name: CoCreate.
Matt works to understand your vision, identify the best products for your Home, and then refines a budget to bring your project to life.
With 9 years of expertise in roofing, windows, siding & stucco, decks, patio covers, pergolas and solar, Matt has extensive product knowledge spanning over 500 projects and valued at over 10M.
Matt has 2 wonderful kids, 18 and 20. On the evenings and weekends you’ll often find him dreaming up new songs and lyrics for any number of his musical side projects.

CALEB SPEAR
DESIGN
Colorado College: Development & International Relations
While designing, building, and working with clients, Caleb has seen a consistent theme arise: It’s never about the project. It’s always about what the project empowers, and when it comes to the home, the memories made outlive the project built every time. Hence our focus: Building Memories.
Caleb brings a penchant for architectural design and building science to the pre-construction process.
Over the course of 13 years and 70 projects with a total valuation of over 12M Caleb has honed the process of visualizing, communicating, and executing on projects large and small, residential and commercial.
Caleb has 2 wonderful boys, 16 and 18. Outside of work, You’ll find him playing with his family on the river near his home in Pueblo.

BRAD WARD
OPERATIONS
Purdue University: Building Construction Management
Communication and project management. These dynamics make or break construction projects and companies. Between his education and 25 years of experience, Brad ensures that every client and every project receive the absolute best communication and project management possible.
Brad communicates closely with all stake holders throughout the construction process to ensure the best possible process and outcomes for our clients.
Having been a part of over 3,000 projects valued at over 150M, Brad’s experience runs deep. This experience undergirds Brad’s Class A-2 contractors license.
Brad has 2 wonderful daughters, 4 and 7. After work, you will find him playing with his girls and keeping up with his favorite sports teams.

CLARISSA ALLISON
ADMINISTRATION
Kingwood College: Interior Design
While we want you to make memories in the spaces we build, we want the time you spend working with us to be memorable as well. Clarissa is just that….our in-house memory maker.
Clarissa keeps our operation running smoothly, scheduling meetings, following up, and making sure that nothing slips through the cracks.
With 4 years in construction, and 5 years in event coordination, Clarissa understands what it takes to ensure that every detail is attended to, and she does just that.
Clarissa has 2 wonderful kids, 18 and 20. You will often find her in the kitchen making all manner of baked delights, or behind a karaoke machine, bringing joy to every party.
